Harps for Israel is an initiative of the family of Thomas and Elizabeth Miller, from Ithaca, NY. Tom is a retired high tech marketing consultant. Elizabeth is a composer, harpist and singer who has written many songs and scriptural settings for harp and voice.
In 2007, while playing the harp near Shiloh, we began to envision the flourishing of the harp again and the growing rediscovery throughout Israel of the power and joy of this unique instrument that figures so richly in Israel's spiritual heritage.
Our role is to facilitate the funding and provision of quality harps and basic harp instruction.
