Harps for Israel

To Help Fund Harps:

Thank you for considering Harps for Israel.

Every donation of any amount is welcomed as from the Lord. Even small contributions are treated with respect and can add up quickly. Donors of $200 or more will receive a small gift of appreciation. (Please note that we currently do not charge any administrative costs other than shipping and VAT where applicable.)

The healing harps we generally distribute have an excellent resonant sound. Where possible, we also acquire used harps. (See below.)

22- or 24-strings, with Loveland levers, made and specially priced for us by the maker. (Price includes replacement string set, electronic tuner, shipping and Israeli import tax) This is the instrument we normally distribute in Israel.

All U.S. donations are fully tax deductible and amounts of $20 or more will be issued a year-end tax receipt upon request.

In Israel, please send funds to: While we are waiting for an Israeli banking connection, please donate online or by sneidng a check or money order to our U.S. address.

To Donate a Used Harp or a Harp You Have Purchased Elsewhere

Donations of quality harps are welcome. Harps for Israel will ensure that the instruments are placed with deserving groups in Israel.

We prefer 22- or 24-string harps with sharping levers, not concert harps (which are too large to ship and manage). However, we will consider any new or used harp in good condition if it is at least suitable for use by beginners or children.

Used harps: If you donate a used harp, we request that it be in decent condition for immediate distribution. In other words, please do any reconditioning before donating it to us, to help us keep costs low. (If you do not have resources or knowledge about refurbishing instruments, please contact us anyway.)

Please send a photo of your used harp to: info@harpsforisrael.org. or to our post office box.

Once approved, we will ask you to ship your harp either to a location in Israel or to a distribution center for reshipment. We respectfully request that you cover the cost of shipping as part of your donation, but we will entertain requests for us to cover the shipping.
